What are the policies regarding COVID-19?

As we navigate the return of live performances, The Vista Center for the Art’s current policy is that masks are not required.

Is there a service fee to purchase tickets?

A $6.50 Convenience Fee applies to all orders placed online, over the phone, and at the Box Office. This fee is waived for VIP Members of The Vista Center for the Arts

Can I have my tickets mailed to me?

Yes, for a $5 fee tickets can be mailed to you. Orders default for emailed tickets unless requested otherwise (will call, mailing)

What if I have tickets but I can no longer attend? Can I get a refund?

In accordance with all purchases and the terms and conditions, all sales are final and non-refundable.

What if an event is canceled or rescheduled?

In the event that we cancel a show, you will be able to request a refund, however, orders will automatically be credited to a future performance at The Vista, this credit can be used for any show for the current season.

Is parking free?

Yes, we offer free parking!

What is the Bag Policy?

We ask that you bring in nothing larger than a small purse that can be placed under your seat. We do not have a clear bag policy however, we reserve the right to inspect any item brought into the theatre, please refer to our prohibited items list.

I ordered tickets but haven’t received them, where are they?

E-Tickets are sent to the email address you used to complete the purchase, and you should receive them almost immediately. Order Confirmation Emails will contain a link to “View E-Tickets”. Please check your Spam Folder, as it may have been marked as possible spam. Emails are sent from OvationTix. If you still haven’t received your email within a few minutes of your order you can contact our Box Office via phone or email and we can assist!

I have a Patron Credit, when does it expire?

Patron credits are valid for use within the current season. We recommend utilizing them promptly to ensure they are not forgotten.

Third Party Ticket Sales

  • Arizona Revised Statutes §13-3718, prohibits ticket scalping “within two hundred feet (200ft) of an entry to the stadium, arena, theater or other place where an event is being held, or of the entry to a contiguous parking area” (Arizona Revised Statutes §13-3718). Any abuse of the Arizona Revised Statute or acts of sales associated with fraudulent tickets will be subject to immediate cancellation of all current and future accounts connected to the offender and is subject to legal action.

  • Tickets to events at The Vista Center for the Arts must be purchased through The Vista Box Office or authorized vendors. Scalpers and ticket brokers are not recognized ticketing agents of The Vista Center for the Arts. If you purchase from a non-authorized person or ticket broker, you risk purchasing an invalid, lost, or stolen ticket that is not valid for admittance. Invalid, lost, or stolen tickets will be deactivated and thus will not be valid for entry into the venue. Anyone who purchases tickets from a scalper or ticket broker does so at his or her own risk. We urge everyone to purchase tickets at The Vista Box Office. The Vista Center for the Arts reserves the right to void tickets with no refund if ticket scalping is found. The Vista Center for the Arts reports all violations of A.R.S. §13-3718 to local law enforcement and works with banking providers to restrict scalping.

  • The Vista Center for the Arts reserves the right to cancel and void all ticket orders that have been purchased for the purpose of resale. Ticket orders will be refunded, excluding service charges and any applicable membership, and tickets will be considered invalid.
